Subscriber Agreement Required
Just as a responsible employer
is expected to exercise due diligence in the course of making hiring
decisions, applicable law and contractual agreements between
Florida 1-Hour Background Checks
and source providers require us to make a diligent
effort to ascertain that the information we disseminate will be used
for legitimate employment-related purposes. Please see
Section's 607,
609 (3)(a) and
619 of the
Fair Credit
Reporting Act.
Before services can be provided to any person or entity, subscribers
must furnish verifiable information about their business or
themselves by completing a Subscriber Agreement. Florida 1-Hour Background Checks
offers two (2) levels of access to services.
Unlimited
access to all services will
be offered to subscribers that provide the following:

An account number and user I.D.
number.

A current city or county business
license.

A signed Disclosure and
Authorization form from the applicant/employee (with each request)
acknowledging that certain personal information will be obtained
and reported. If you are ordering a pre-employment credit report,
you must also provide a Credit Report Disclosure and Authorization
on our form. Forms provided in two file formats.

current business
license.

access to informational services will be provided to
subscribers who do not have a current business licenses but who furnish as a
