Employment Credit Report
Why do this search?
Obtaining an employment credit report makes sense if
the employee will be handling money or valuables or when considering
promotion to higher levels of responsibility.
Information returned can include: Verification of
full name and current address, former addresses, date of birth,
social security number and employment. Also included are the credit
score, payment histories, collection accounts, liens, judgments and
bankruptcies, amounts owed on credit cards or mortgages and past due
amounts.
Use of credit reports is strictly regulated by the
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). See
permissible purposes of consumer reports section of the FCRA.
Due to restrictions imposed by the
Fair Credit Reporting Act adverse items of information
pre-dating 7 years (and bankruptcy orders pre-dating 10 years)
cannot be reported.
Requires an Unlimited Subscriber Agreement and a
separate Credit Report Authorization on our form. See the To
Order page for copies of
these forms.
