If the applicant will work in close proximity to children or is expected to go into customer's homes, this search is critical. Although Florida criminal records should reflect sex offenses, if the arrest took place in another state and the subject was required to register in Florida, you would probably need to conduct both a statewide and county level search in the appropriate state to find reference to the alleged offense. This search is free with the Enhanced Pre-Employment Report or Comprehensive Pre-Employment Report.
